Jaderberg Krais Educational Consultancy provides individual and group tutoring to an extremely high standard.
Our Ethos
Our ethos is to helpchildren to become
the very best they can be; to support
and develop their strengths whilst
improving their weaknesses. Our
philosophy centres on building
children's confidence. The dedicated
attention of our tutors provides
students with the support and
encouragement they need to succeed.
Our role is to teach children to become
independent learners and take responsibility for their learning. Our aim is to help our students become empowered, finding enjoyment and success in the learning process. We believe this is the only true route to success in education.
Individual private tuition is an effective and dynamic way to help children reach their potential at school and in exams.
We can accommodate most requests, so if you have a need you don't think is covered, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
First steps....
Katie and Lorrae talk with parents to gain an understanding of the background information and nature of the help required.
It is preferable for each child to be assessed as the assessment gives parents and teachers a clear understanding of the child's ability level, their strengths and weaknesses and information regarding potential.
Following the assessment, parents are given a report which highlights recommendations for tutoring. These become the starting point for tutoring and are passed to the tutor who is considered to be the best teacher to work with that child.
Katie and Lorrae provide continual support and supervision for parents, teachers and students. They also remain the main contacts throughout the period of tutoring, ensuring continuity of quality, effectiveness and rate of progress.
Our Tutors
All of our teachers are experienced professionals. They have a proven track record, are passionate about education and love working with children. We have primary teachers who are Deputy Heads, senior managers and class teachers. Some of our teachers like to tutor whilst developing other areas of expertise, such as writing books and others tutor whilst at home with young children.
Interview
We meet and interview all of our tutors. We select professionals who understand how children learn. We ask them to explain concepts and test their understanding of relevant academic issues. Our tutors are friendly people who work well with parents and children, making the learning process enjoyable.
Background
We check all of our tutors' academic qualifications, certificates and identity documents. We also require an original Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau, not more than 3 years old. We take up full reference checks and only retain tutors who receive positive client and student feedback.
Training
All our tutors offer the gold standard of service which is expected for Jaderberg Krais tutors. Our training ensures that every tutor that joins us receives the benefit of our combined wealth of experience of teaching and tutoring. Tutors understand how to approach students, the issues surrounding different learning styles and practical techniques to make lessons effective and fun. Our tutors identify how to help students make fast and effective progress towards their targets and plan a course of tuition accordingly.
